The building that houses the Florida Bar Association is a historic building. At the time, it had a modified Bitumen roof. Having worked with us on the Florida Lottery building, the property manager invited us to submit in their RFP.

As a historic building, the job posed the possibility of an expensive, complicated tearoff. Using the SPF method avoided this problem and created a seamless, energy efficient roof.
